Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

NanoSynX3.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

NanoSynX3.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

NanoSynX3.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order at any time. Any cancellations made after product seal has been broken will not qualify for a refund.  All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@nanosynx.com.  After receiving your return request please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
